Our family play guidelines

Room to play.
A few things to know.

These terms explain using TumblePlay. Parents and guardians: please read them and help your child understand the play guidelines.

Updated October 25, 2026

For our young players

Enjoy the games, be kind, and keep your personal details private. If something asks you for information, money, a download, or access to your device, stop and ask a grown-up for help.

Playing as a family

The site welcomes children, including children under 13 in the United States. A parent or guardian should help choose suitable games and review links, ads, permissions, or downloads with their child.

These terms do not turn a child's play or an adult's presence into consent to collect personal information. They do not replace a parental notice or a verifiable consent process where one is required.

What the site offers

TumblePlay lets visitors browse games and open supported games in a browser. Games, features, and availability can change. Some games work differently on a phone, tablet, or computer.

Browsing does not require an account. Favorite choices are stored in the browser and may disappear when site data is cleared or a different device is used. We cannot promise that a game will preserve progress.

Keep play fair

  • Use the games for personal enjoyment and follow the instructions shown in each game.
  • Do not use harmful software, break security controls, or disrupt the site for other families.
  • Do not impersonate someone or send threatening, unlawful, or abusive material.
  • Respect the work of game creators. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute games or site content without permission from the rights holder.

Ads, games, and outside links

Games and advertising can come from other providers. Their content and behavior may change, and an embedded game can load before Play is pressed. An ad is not a recommendation or a promise from us.

Parents can report an unsuitable ad, unexpected permission request, or concerning game using the page link. A third-party provider's terms or privacy notice may also apply; that does not remove our own responsibilities.

When something goes wrong

A game may be unavailable, contain a bug, or be interrupted for updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, security problems, or rights concerns.

These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not ask a child to waive privacy protections.

Questions, concerns, or changes

Parents and rights holders can contact the team about a game, these terms, or site content. For a rights concern, identify the work, the page involved, and how we can contact you; do not send a child's personal details.

Revisions will appear on this page with an updated date. Reading revised terms or continuing to play does not, by itself, establish parental consent for children's information.
